ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support and evolve our Oracle Fusion HCM platform, partnering closely with People, Technology and Integration teams to deliver scalable, user-focused people system solutions. Acting as the link between business and technology, you'll analyse business processes, gather and document requirements, and translate business needs into practical system solutions that enhance the employee experience and support business growth.
With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you'll help optimise Oracle HCM and its integrations across the broader technology landscape, ensuring solutions remain reliable, efficient and aligned to business needs. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality and maximise system capability, while supporting everything from requirements gathering and solution design through to testing, implementation and ongoing enhancements. This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst who enjoys solving complex challenges, influencing outcomes and delivering meaningful improvements through technology.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise business systems, preferably Oracle Fusion HCM or similar HRIS platforms.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and experience translating business requirements into functional system solutions.
- Experience working with system integrations and understanding data flows between enterprise applications, including exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and/or Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
- Ability to analyse, document and improve business processes, identifying opportunities for simplification and standardisation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset and passion for delivering quality business outcomes.

Skills Required
- Experience supporting and maintaining Oracle Fusion HCM or similar enterprise HR systems
- Strong knowledge of system integrations, including Oracle Integration Cloud and Microsoft Azure Integration Services
- Experience providing Level 2/3 technical support in a complex technology environment
- Experience with incident management and root cause analysis
- Knowledge of release management, change management, and ITIL-based support practices
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify scalable process and system improvements
