This role will support the ongoing maintenance, enhancement and continuous improvement of our global HR systems, with a primary focus on Workday HCM and Absence.
The position focuses on improving HR systems to optimise processes and ensure our global platforms remain reliable, efficient and aligned with business needs.

About you:
- Experience supporting enterprise HR systems.
- Knowledge of HR system configuration, testing and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
- Experience with Workday releases, enhancements or additional modules is an advantage.
- Workday certification is desirable, but equivalent HR systems experience will also be considered.
