Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture and operations. 
  • Conduct engaging orientation sessions that equip new employees with essential resources, knowledge, and connections to thrive. 
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and execute innovative initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being. 
  • Assist in organizing company-wide events and activities that foster a sense of belonging and strengthen team cohesion. 
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of comprehensive employee training and development programs that align with organizational goals. 
  • Identify and promote opportunities for continuous learning and upskilling within the organization, ensuring employees have access to the resources they need for growth. 
  • Support the performance appraisal process by gathering, organizing, and analyzing relevant data to facilitate informed decision-making. 
  • Help employees and managers navigate the performance review as well as the Learning & Development processes, providing clarity and support throughout. 
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee and training records, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies. 
  • Generate and analyze HR reports to extract actionable insights for strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. 
  • Actively contribute to projects and initiatives that involve multiple teams, fostering collaboration and shared goals. 
  • Promote and embody our company's values and culture through various HR initiatives, reinforcing a positive workplace environment. 
  • Propose and implement creative ideas to continually enhance the work environment and employee experience, ensuring Strategic Gears remains an employer of choice. 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee engagement and support.  
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build relationships at all levels.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.  
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.  
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously.  
  • Empathetic and approachable, with a passion for helping others succeed.  
  • Creative thinker with the ability to contribute to innovative HR initiatives.  
  • Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive employee information. 

Education and Academic Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.  
  • PMP certification is a plus.  
  • An instructional design certificate is a plus.
