What will you do?
- Process Automation: Audit existing HR workflows (onboarding, performance loops, internal communications) and automate them using no-code, low-code, or vibe coding tools.
- People Analytics: Dive into team metrics, attrition signals, and performance data to extract actionable insights- not just passive reports.
- Strategic Projects: Support the Head of HR in designing incentive structures, organizational design, and talent strategy.
- AI Integration: Experiment with, and deploy AI agents/workflows to streamline candidate sourcing, internal query resolution, and policy navigation.
- HRBP Responsibilities: Drive people success as HRBP and work on strategic enablement for the workforce
- Performance Management: Drive PMS with the Head of HR
Working days: Monday - Friday
Location: Golf Course Road, Gurugram, Haryana (Work from office)
