Core Responsibilities:
*Employee Engagement*: Develop and implement strategies to boost employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
*Talent Development*: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create development programs.
*Team Management*: Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
*Interdepartmental Collaboration*: Work closely with various departments (e.g., Engineering, Marketing, Sales, BD) to align people strategies with business objectives.
*Performance Management*: Oversee performance evaluations, feedback, and goal-setting processes.
*Culture Building*: Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Qualification:
*HR certification* or relevant coursework.
*Experience with HR software
*Data analysis* and reporting skills.
Required Skills:
*Minimum 1 year experience* in HR, Talent Management, or a related field.
*Team management experience*, preferably in a technical or engineering team.
*Excellent communication*, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to drive strategic initiatives* and work collaboratively across departments.
