We are looking for a proactive and people-focused People Success Executive to support employee engagement, people operations, and overall employee experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with managers and employees to ensure smooth HR processes while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Core Responsibilities
Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage onboarding, offboarding, probation, confirmations, promotions, and employee documentation.
Performance Management: Support performance evaluations, feedback cycles, goal-setting, and follow up on development plans.
People Operations: Maintain HRIS records, dashboards, reports, and ensure data accuracy across HR systems.
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering Managers and cross-functional teams to support people initiatives and business objectives.
Culture Building: Foster a positive, inclusive work environment and support employee well-being initiatives.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
HR certification or relevant coursework (preferred).
Experience with HR software/HRIS.
Data analysis and reporting skills.
