About the Role
What You’ll Do
- Partner with leaders across manufacturing and operations functions to drive people strategies that support business performance, growth, and continuous improvement
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers, navigating complex challenges while strengthening leadership capability and team effectiveness
- Translate workforce data into actionable insights, helping leaders make informed decisions on staffing, retention, talent planning, and organizational design
- Build trusted relationships across the organization by engaging both senior leaders and frontline employees with equal credibility and presence
- Lead and support initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with operational priorities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and People Relations to deliver integrated, business-focused solutions
- Navigate sensitive situations with sound judgment, partnering with ER as needed while maintaining a balanced, proactive people strategy approach
What You Bring
- 5+ years of HR experience, including HR Business Partner or business-facing HR roles
- Experience supporting hourly workforce populations (manufacturing, distribution, retail, or similar environments)
- Demonstrated ability to coach managers, resolve conflict, and influence leadership decisions
- Proven ability to balance tactical execution with strategic workforce planning
- Strong partnership skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization
- Solid business acumen across operations, workforce dynamics, and organizational performance
Comfort working in a hybrid environment with flexibility to support multiple shifts when needed
Work Model & Travel
- Hybrid role based in the St. Petersburg, FL area (2–3 days onsite weekly)
- Flexibility to occasionally adjust schedule to support 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift employees
- Up to 15–20% travel, including visits to manufacturing sites and team meetings (e.g., Milpitas, Thornhill)
