The Senior People Solutions Supervisor serves as a strategic HR partner to operational leaders, supporting a fast-paced BPO environment by driving employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, talent initiatives, and HR compliance. This role partners closely with Operations, Recruitment, Training, Workforce Management, and other business stakeholders to deliver people solutions that support business goals while enhancing the employee experience.Location: Airport Business Park (Onsite)
Key responsibilities
Act as the primary HR partner for business leaders and employees across assigned accounts and support functions
Provide coaching and consultation to managers on employee relations matters, performance management, disciplinary actions, attendance concerns, workplace investigations, and policy interpretation
Manage employee concerns and grievances in a timely, fair, and compliant manner while promoting a positive employee experience
Partner with Operations leaders to improve employee engagement, retention, attendance, productivity, and overall workforce health
Support performance management initiatives, including performance reviews, coaching plans, corrective actions, and employee development discussions
Partner with managers to identify and develop high-potential employees and succession planning opportunities
Lead employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and site-level initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee satisfaction
Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, company policies, and internal HR procedures
Monitor and analyze key HR metrics including attrition, absenteeism, employee engagement, disciplinary trends, and workforce demographics
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to support business growth and workforce planning initiatives
Qualificaiton:
Fluency in Thai and English (minimum B2 level), both written and verbal
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 4-6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a BPO, Contact Center, Shared Services, or fast-paced service environment
Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices
Proven experience partnering with operational leaders and managing employee relations cases
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR data and provide business recommendations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent presentation, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
