Job Description

At Concentrix, we’re not just shaping customer experiences — we’re shaping careers, communities, and the future of work.

As a global technology and services leader powering the world’s best brands, we know that business performance starts with people. That’s why we’re looking for an experienced, proactive, and people-first HR Generalist to join our Accra contact centre and help us build a workplace where our game-changers can thrive.

This is an opportunity for an HR professional who understands the pace, complexity, and opportunity of a high-volume operations environment in Ghana and who is passionate about supporting leaders, strengthening culture, and improving the employee experience at every stage of the lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing

Partner with leaders to drive business performance through people
  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to managers and business leaders on people strategy, workforce planning, team effectiveness, and talent needs.
  • Support a high-volume contact centre environment by addressing people-related risks and opportunities linked to attendance, attrition, engagement, and performance.
  • Help leaders align people priorities with business goals to build an engaged, stable, and high-performing workforce.

Champion talent across the employee lifecycle
  • Support key talent activities including attraction, onboarding, development, retention, and internal mobility.
  • Partner with leaders to identify current and future talent needs and maintain fair, consistent people practices.
  • Contribute to succession planning and initiatives that strengthen bench strength and employee growth.

Build leadership capability
  • Coach leaders on effective people management, including feedback, performance conversations, engagement, and team development.
  • Provide practical guidance on workplace concerns, team dynamics, and communication.
  • Strengthen manager capability, accountability, and confidence in handling people matters.

Drive culture and employee engagement
  • Support an inclusive, values-led workplace that promotes belonging, morale, and connection.
  • Help shape engagement initiatives that reflect Concentrix culture and resonate within the Ghanaian workforce context.
  • Listen to employee feedback and partner with leaders on actions that improve retention and site culture.

Act as a champion for people
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, providing support with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Help leaders resolve issues early and fairly while balancing employee needs and business priorities.
  • Promote trust, consistency, and a culture of respect and accountability.

Support employee relations and issue resolution
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, conflict, and policy interpretation.
  • Partner with managers to resolve issues fairly, consistently, and in line with company standards.
  • Encourage early intervention and compliant HR practices to maintain a positive work environment.

Enable performance and growth
  • Support performance management through goal setting, feedback, reviews, and development planning.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and support opportunities to build employee and team capability.

Use people data and insights to inform decisions
  • Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, hiring, engagement, and performance trends.
  • Identify risks and opportunities and turn insights into practical recommendations for leaders.
  • Support data-driven decisions that improve workforce and business outcomes.

Ensure consistent and compliant people practices
  • Apply HR policies and procedures consistently and in line with labor requirements and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and documentation.
  • Promote ethical, fair, and well-governed HR practices across the site.

Lead and support people programs and change initiatives
  • Support the delivery of people programs including talent reviews, engagement, learning, workforce planning, and organizational change.
  • Help implement initiatives in ways that are practical and effective for operations.
  • Support leaders and employees through change with clear communication and guidance.

What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment with experience supporting large or high-volume teams is an advantage.
  • University degree preferred in Human Resources or related field.
  • Workday experience preferred, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good understanding of labor relations, employee relations, and core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Comfortable working with HR data, reporting, documentation, policy application, and confidentiality standards.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and build credibility with leaders and employees.

You’ll Stand Out If You Bring a balance of people empathy and business mindset.
  • You know how to support employees while also enabling operational performance.
  • You can navigate difficult conversations with professionalism and care.
  • Understand the local workplace environment in Ghana.
  • You appreciate the importance of respectful communication, fairness, and relationship-building.
  • You can support a diverse workforce in a way that is culturally aware and business relevant.
