As a part of the Nike Human Resources (HR) team, our team supports to attract, retain, and reward the world's most innovative people by creating programs to help them thrive. This role reports to the Manager, People Solutions Consulting based in Korea and works closely with cross-functional HR teams including talent planning, talent acquisition, talent development, compensation and benefits, employee relations as well as business leaders across Korea.

A high level of ownership and accountability is essential to ensure smooth execution of HR processes aligned with both global standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Shared Services environment; experience in multinational or shared services organizations preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Native-level Korean and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, or ServiceNow preferred, along with Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, delivering HR operational excellence while providing guidance and support on employee-related matters. You will collaborate across teams to ensure efficient processes, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including preboarding, onboarding, employee lifecycle transactions, and offboarding processes
- Ensure all HR activities comply with Nike policies, global standards, and local labor regulations
- Handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality while providing accurate guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Talent, Compensation & Benefits, and Compliance to improve processes and deliver solutions
- Support employee relations activities, including performance coaching, investigations, and workplace concerns
- Maintain and manage HR data and administrative systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, supporting both local and global programs
Skills Required
