About the role:

Annual Personal Income Tax Finalization:

• Trigger, save and keep track of 500 employees’ letters of authorization on FPT system to our shared folder
• Issue around 200 letters of PIT receipt & annual income letters to employees

Social insurance arrangement and solve historical cases:

• In order to rectify the social insurance miscalculation issue from many years ago (even before TalentNet), the intern will be helping to check employee’s historical data and making frequent visits to social insurance office together with the employee.
• Once the issue is rectified, arrange to return employee social insurance handbooks (around 500 employees)

Employee profile – scanning support:

• Support to scan and track the employee profile into sharefolder. Most of the documents have been digitalized since the go live of digitalization project, now the focus will be more on sorting the documents into the respective pfile folders.
