  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience (2-4 years in progressive management preferred).

  • Business Savvy: A demonstrated understanding of business operations and industry trends, coupled with excellent attention to detail.
  • Initiative-Driven: Proactive and ownership-oriented, you thrive on continuous improvement.

  • Tech-Savvy: Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and strong verbal/written communication.
