What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a People Services (HR) Intern to join our team for Summer 2025! The People Services intern assists with various human resources functions, special projects, and programs.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Global Learning & Development and Director of People Services Operations.
- Contribute to the coordination and execution of training programs.
- Support new employee orientation and manage related tasks.
- Assist with special projects within People Services (to include: personnel administration and employee information management).
- Perform additional administrative tasks and other duties as needed.
What You Need:
- Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Training, Communication/Media Relations, Sociology or Psychology, Visual Communications, or equivalent course of study
- Previous clerical, administrative, data entry experience is helpful
- Experience with Google and Microsoft products preferred, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Students should be a ‘people person’, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative team player who can also can work independently
- Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information at all times
- Strong attention to organizational and grammatical detail
- Self-starter who can take initiative and set priorities
