How you’ll contribute
A People Services Generalist who excels in this role:
- Serve as a trusted People Services resource by assisting employees and leaders with day-to-day HR questions, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, employment practices, and workforce-related matters.
- Manage HR systems and employee records by maintaining accurate employee data, processing employment transactions, monitoring and resolving HR service tickets, and ensuring data integrity and compliance within Oracle, UKG, ServiceNow, and other HR platforms.
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and orientation by supporting onboarding activities, processing the hire of contract employees, conducting bi-weekly new hire orientation (in rotation with other HR Generalists), and ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Administer and support core HR programs including talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation, benefits, training and development, employee relations, and retention initiatives.
- Administer employee benefits and leave programs by providing employee communications, documentation, and coordination with managers to ensure timely and accurate support.
- Support employee relations and engagement by assisting with performance management, investigations, conflict resolution, corrective actions, employee engagement initiatives, and training for employees and leaders.
- Ensure HR compliance and operational excellence by adhering to federal, state, and local employment laws, organizational policies, accreditation standards, and AA/EEO requirements while supporting continuous improvement of HR processes.
Schedule: Full-Time, Days. Monday- Friday, 8 AM- 4:30 PM.

What we’re looking for
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum of two years of Human Resources experience required; HR Generalist or HR Operations experience preferred.
- Previous healthcare Human Resources experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and AA/EEO requirements.
- Experience utilizing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS); experience with Oracle, UKG, and ServiceNow preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism.

Skills Required
