About the role
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and supporting the recruiting team to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will play an important role in our hiring process.
You will:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage candidate communications and provide timely updates.
- Support the recruiting team with administrative tasks related to hiring.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Help with onboarding activities for new hires.
In the role of Recruiting Coordinator, you will report to the Director, People Services, Business Operations, and Contingent Workforce. We are considering applicants for the location of Dallas. This is a 6-month contract role.
