People Services Team Leader META is responsible for ensuring the delivery of end-2-end People Services in META region, resolving problems, ensuring optimal system performance, and driving continuous improvements.
The role oversees People Operations (Administration and payroll) in META region, continuous improvement, and manages vendor relationships for compliance. The role ensures people leadership, guides problem resolution, and ensures high-quality service delivery. The role manages People Services Projects, establishes operational objectives, operation excellence and demonstrates strong project and stakeholder management skills
Your Role:
Leads Payroll and Admin Team in META region ensuring best-in-class client experience for Employees in META region
Oversees high-quality service delivery (NPS, SLA, FTR, CFR, Payroll accuracy, etc.) in people processes to all business areas, ensuring that all processes are efficiently managed and continuously improved, and that global process integration is maintained.
Coordinates team development (performance appraisal, individual development, coaching, trainings)
Leads the identification and implementation of process-related best practices, ensuring continuous improvement and optimal performance across the organization
Provides functional leadership and support to regional counterparts for process-specific activities, ensuring alignment between global and local processes and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Ensuring policies, procedures and processes meet the requirements of internal control standards (ICS)
Ensuring proper design and execution of personnel data management, time management, organization management and payroll processes
Aligning with other department heads to deliver consistent People services
Manages internal and external vendors by overseeing performance, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, and effectively addressing vendor-related issues to maintain optimal supplier relationships and performance.
Demonstrates strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills, customer orientation, vendor management skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, cultural awareness, and the ability to drive change and manage diverse stakeholders.
Proposes enhancements for way of working, looking for process simplification, value-stream mapping.

You are the right fit if:
You have bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources, Communications, Business Administration, Organization Development or equivalent.
You have proven track of record of leading (or coordinating) a team in international work environment
You have minimum 4 years of experience in areas such as Human Resources, Organizational Transformation, Process Optimization, Payroll Management, Accounting, HR Technology and Digitization or Recruiting
Min.3 years of experience in People (HR) operations and payroll in Shared Services environment.
You are fluent in English (both verbal and written), any additional language is a strong plus
You are proficient user of Global Payroll systems, MS Office, Workday, ServiceNow or other ticketing system
Project management skills and experience is a plus
You have a proactive approach, and you can work independently to tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Demonstrates strong impact and influence on large teams and key stakeholders
