We are hiring a People Services Advisor working remotely in France to join our global team.
The People Services Advisor provides first-line HR support to employees through the global People Services model. The role manages HR queries, supports employee lifecycle transactions, and ensures consistent delivery of HR processes and policies. Operating within a centralized HR service delivery model, the role resolves employee inquiries across multiple HR disciplines, including payroll, benefits, compensation, employee data and HR policies. Where specialist expertise or local knowledge is required, matters are escalated to the appropriate HR team or Country People Partner (Tier 2).
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Support
- Act as first point of contact for HR inquiries from employees and managers via HR shared mailbox
- Resolve a broad range of HR queries across the HR discipline including areas such as benefits, payroll, compensation, employee data, and HR policies, ensuring consistent
- interpretation of global processes
- Triage and route inquiries to the appropriate HR function where specialist expertise is
- required
- Operate across the global HR operating model, coordinating with relevant HR teams to
- ensure timely resolution of employee and manger requests
- Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure service requests are resolved in line with
- agreed service levels
HR Case & Request Management
- Manage HR service requests through the case management system ensuring timely resolution
- Track and document HR requests, maintaining clear and accurate case records
- Ensure service level expectations are met for response and resolution
Employee Lifecycle Administration
Support standardized HR processes include:
- New hire onboarding administration
- Employee data changes and updates
- Leave and absence administration coordination
- Offboarding and exit administration
HR Data & Systems
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry for HR transactions
- Support data validation and reporting requests where required
Knowledge & Process Management
- Contribute to maintaining HR knowledge base articles and self-service content
- Promote employee self-service and HR digital tools
- Identify recurring queries and support improvements to HR processes and documentation
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred but not essential
- Working towards a professional HR certification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent) is Desirable
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience working in HR operations, HR shared services or HR administration
- Experience working for an international company
- Preferred to have experience working with French work councils
