Clarivate is looking for a People Services Administrator to join our HR team! In this role, you will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to provide critical operational support throughout the interview scheduling process. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with Business Leaders across the organization as well as communicate with internal and external candidates while coordinating, scheduling and tracking interviews. Attention to detail is critical as many of the processes you will be responsible for impact our candidates and businesses. In this role you may also provide project support and coordination across internal teams.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative roles and/or working with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Strong calendar management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous working experience in HR

- Successfully coordinated and scheduled interviews for multiple roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Maintained accurate records and documentation of all scheduling activities.
- Reschedule or cancel meetings in a timely manner
- Keep Talent Acquisition Partners informed of interview timelines
- Answer scheduling questions from candidates and business leaders

Talent Acquisition team is a team of 45 spread across the globe. In this role you will be working closely with local India TA team and you will be reporting to
Director, Program Management.
