Reports To: HR Lead People Processes & Systems- Americas

The People Processes & Systems (PPS) Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality operational Human Resources support across the Americas. This role executes employee lifecycle processes, ensures HR data accuracy, supports compliance activities, and partners with managers to deliver timely, consistent HR services.

The PPS Specialist serves as a trusted operational partner supporting onboarding, offboarding, Workday transactions, leave administration, accommodations, compliance, employee documentation and HR reporting while helping drive operational excellence across the Americas.

Experience supporting Mexico HR operations or multi-country HR environments is preferred to support future regional growth.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Administration (35%)

- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Process employee lifecycle transactions in Workday.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Prepare employment documents.
- Coordinate pre-employment activities.
- Ensure accurate HRIS data.

Employee & Manager Support (20%)

- Serve as the first point of contact for routine HR operational questions.
- Support managers regarding HR processes and policies.
- Escalate complex employee relations issues appropriately.
- Coordinate employee documentation.

Leave & Accommodation Administration (15%)

- Support administration of:
  - FMLA
  - ADA accommodations
  - State leave programs
  - Workers' Compensation
  - Short-Term Disability
- Coordinate documentation with employees, managers and vendors.

Compliance & HR Operations (15%)

- Maintain personnel files.
- Support personnel file audits.
- Assist with internal controls.
- Ensure HR documentation complies with company standards.
- Assist with policy administration.

HR Systems & Reporting (10%)

- Process Workday transactions.
- Produce standard HR reports.
- Maintain HR data integrity.
- Support process improvements.

Regional Support & Projects (5%)

- Assist with HR initiatives across the Americas.
- Support organizational change activities.
- Participate in process improvement projects.
- Provide operational support to cross-functional HR initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of HR Operations, HR Generalist or HR Coordinator experience.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience using Workday or another HRIS.
- Knowledge of U.S. employment practices.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting HR operations in Mexico or a multi-country environment.
- Exposure to Mexican employment practices and HR processes.
- Spanish language proficiency is preferred but not required.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or multi-site environment.

$78,500.00-$98,150.00

The estimated pay range indicates the expected annualized pay range for this position. It may not include potential bonus incentives such as annual bonus’ as well as sales and sales related incentives, or overtime (on eligible positions). The actual pay offered may vary based on several factors, including the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience, unique skills, education level, certifications or licenses, and the location from which they will work. The final pay determination will comply with state or local minimum wage laws applicable to the job's location. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
