We’re looking for an engaging, self-starting, and detailed People Partner to join and support our fast-growing people team. You will be a pivotal part of SalesLoft’s success as our go-to for all employee relations. You will work closely with managers to ensure flawless execution of employee support across the organization. With the help of the amazing people team, you will manage all employee questions, concerns, and offboarding including investigations, exit surveys, and interviews. You will analyze trends in employee patterns and partner with the Director to execute strategies that support the long-term success of the business. In addition, you will lead the creation and maintenance of all company policies and compliance.

THE TEAM:

Our SalesLoft’s People Operations team is a small but mighty team.  We are passionate about providing the best possible onboarding experience for all new lofters! The team consists of results-oriented professionals with the initiative to take on any challenge and serve their fellow team members.  The members of our team share a few common traits: they are warm and welcoming, self-motivated/ determined, and excited to contribute to the professional development of all SalesLoft employees. They are also the epitome of our core values - Customers First. Team Over Self. Focus on Results. Bias Towards Action. Glass Half Full.

 THE SKILL SET:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years of professional experience in Human Resources
  • Previous experience managing programs 
  • Previous employee relations experience 
  • Experience with Workday preferred
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism and good judgment
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Fantastic interpersonal communication skills and experience interfacing with all levels of an organization
  • High level of empathy - it’s important for our People Team to provide the best and most accommodating experience possible
  • A passion for teamwork and positively contributing to the success and reputation of SalesLoft

It is Clari + Salesloft’s intent to pay all Lofters competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair and equitable.  The goal of Clari + Salesloft’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees and encourage employees to stay with our organization.  

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans. 

Base Pay Range
$83,000$118,000 USD
