Key Responsibilities:
We're on the hunt for an experienced, strategic and dedicated People Partner to join our fast-paced team! You'll be a go-to HR guru for our Go-To-Market team, working closely with leadership and team members to shape our amazing company culture and people plan. Plus, you'll get to lead cool projects and make our processes even smoother.
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of HR experience as a People Partner (HR Business Partner) or HR Generalist across various industries (cybersecurity GTM a plus)
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a proven ability to align People initiatives to business objectives.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing concurrent projects.
- Experienced in optimizing processes for effectiveness and efficiency.
- Experience working with C-level executives, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven capability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities effectively.
- Strong background in workforce analytics and using data to inform strategic decisions.
- Proven change management skills with a track record of leading initiatives that yield measurable results.
- Agility to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
