We are seeking a dynamic People Partner in London with strong knowledge of CIPD or UK employment law.
The role will focus on managing employee relations, driving engagement, and implementing data-driven HR strategies. You will act as a key advisor on people matters, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive culture aligned with business goals.

What will your day to day look like?🔎
- Employee Relations:
- Handle all employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
- UK Employment Law Expertise:
- Provide expert advice on UK employment law, ensuring HR practices comply with legal standards and company policies.
- HR Metrics & Analytics:
- Analyse HR data to inform decision-making and provide actionable insights on employee trends, engagement, and turnover.
- Employee Engagement Initiatives:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, ensuring alignment with the company’s culture and values.
- Coaching & Mentoring:
- Provide coaching to managers and employees, offering guidance on people management and personal development.
- Policy Development & Compliance:
- Assist in updating and implementing HR policies, ensuring they reflect best practices and legal compliance.
- Change & Culture Management:
- Act as a culture champion, supporting HR aspects of organizational change and embedding company values across all employee interactions.
- Onboarding Support:
- Ensure new employees are integrated smoothly through effective onboarding processes, fostering a positive employee experience from day one.
- Exit & Transition Management:
- Oversee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and supporting smooth transitions for departing employees.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Recommend and implement continuous improvements to HR processes, ensuring they are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR or people management roles.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
