We are seeking a dynamic People Partner in London with strong knowledge of CIPD or UK employment law.
The role will focus on managing employee relations, driving engagement, and implementing data-driven HR strategies. You will act as a key advisor on people matters, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive culture aligned with business goals.

Requirements

What will your day to day look like?🔎

  1. Employee Relations:
    • Handle all employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
  2. UK Employment Law Expertise:
    • Provide expert advice on UK employment law, ensuring HR practices comply with legal standards and company policies.
  3. HR Metrics & Analytics:
    • Analyse HR data to inform decision-making and provide actionable insights on employee trends, engagement, and turnover.
  4. Employee Engagement Initiatives:
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, ensuring alignment with the company’s culture and values.
  5. Coaching & Mentoring:
    • Provide coaching to managers and employees, offering guidance on people management and personal development.
  6. Policy Development & Compliance:
    • Assist in updating and implementing HR policies, ensuring they reflect best practices and legal compliance.
  7. Change & Culture Management:
    • Act as a culture champion, supporting HR aspects of organizational change and embedding company values across all employee interactions.
  8. Onboarding Support:
    • Ensure new employees are integrated smoothly through effective onboarding processes, fostering a positive employee experience from day one.
  9. Exit & Transition Management:
    • Oversee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and supporting smooth transitions for departing employees.
  10. Continuous Improvement:
    • Recommend and implement continuous improvements to HR processes, ensuring they are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

About you

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in HR or people management roles.

- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and organizational development.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

- Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
