Job Description
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Advise and lead various P&O processes and initiatives such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employer branding, talent management, succession planning and Organizational Talent Review to achieve the organization’s goals
- First point of contact for leaders and associates on P&O topics, providing expert advice, guidance and support
- Actively participate at complex P&O projects on organizational level, lead the implementation of local and global P&O programs, in line with country regulations / policies
- Represent, encourage and support leaders and associates at delivering corporate cultural initiatives
- Lead the execution of local implementation of large-scale organizational and organizational structure changes, in line with country regulations / policies
- Collaborate with P&O Business Partners, P&O Services and other P&O functions
- Advise P&O Business Partners, leaders and associates on local regulations, policies and processes
- Implement new P&O tools, methods and processes and promote self-sufficiency of leaders and associates in people processes
- Monitor and ensure FTE cost control, operational costs, budgeting processes and SLAs are met and remain compliant
Key performance indicators:
- Feedback from internal partners and client groups - P&O processes delivered on time with the right level of quality
What you'll bring to the role:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in human resources or minimum 2 years' experience in a comparable field
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Human Resources subject area or other relevant fields
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Hungarian
