In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business, supporting leaders through the entire employee lifecycle while contributing to the continued development of our people processes and ways of working.
As part of our P&O function, you will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits and other key stakeholders to ensure a consistent and high-quality employee experience. This is a senior role offering broad exposure to both operational and strategic HR topics in a global organization.
About the role
As a HR People Partner, you play a key role in delivering professional HR support to managers, employees and other stakeholders within Husqvarna Group. You will be involved in the entire employee lifecycle and provide guidance and support across a broad range of people-related matters.
You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, supporting them in day-to-day matters as well as more complex employee relations cases. You will provide guidance within Swedish labour law, rehabilitation, conflict management and employer-side negotiations. The role also includes driving and developing people processes, ensuring compliance and supporting organizational changes when needed.
You will work closely with multiple stakeholders across the business and contribute to continuous improvements within People & Organization. By leveraging digital tools, data and new technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, you will help create more efficient and value-adding ways of working.

To succeed in this role, we believe you bring:
- A relevant educational background within Human Resources or a related field.
- Extensive experience from a broad HR generalist or People Partner role.
- Experience from a large, international organization, preferably within manufacturing or an industrial environment.
- Strong expertise in Swedish labour law and experience leading employer-side negotiations.
- Proven experience managing rehabilitation processes and complex employee relations matters.
- Experience supporting managers through organizational change and transformation.
- Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
