What We're Looking For:

As a Senior People Partner, you will be a vital pillar of our People Team, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support to leaders and employees alike. You will deliver impactful people services by leveraging your deep understanding of local talent, policies, and core HR programs. In this role, you will champion our company culture, drive employee engagement, and serve as the true voice of the employees in your region. We are looking for a people-centric, highly effective communicator who is passionate about fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Advising: Guide and coach managers on talent decisions, organizational changes, and team development.

• Talent Strategy: Partner with Talent Strategy Partners on organizational design, restructuring, and succession planning.

• Employee Advocacy: Keep a pulse on regional employee sentiment and trends, acting as the true voice of our people.

• Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, conduct internal investigations, and advise managers on performance issues.

• Performance & Culture: Enable managers to lead performance cycles, talent reviews, and action plans for engagement surveys.

• COE Collaboration: Work with Centres of Excellence (COEs) to execute regional talent processes and key initiatives.

• HR Digitalization: Support self-service adoption and automation to improve overall employee service delivery.

• Compliance: Oversee local HR compliance, policies, and reporting to ensure alignment with labour laws.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations and manager coaching (as an HR Generalist or HRBP).

• Languages: Fluent in English and Czech Language

• Relationship Management: Strong communication skills with a proven track record of building trust with employees and leaders.

• ER & Compliance: Deep understanding of Czech labour law and local compliance practices.

• Problem Solving: Ability to navigate complex, non-routine situations and deliver creative, practical solutions.

• Execution & Agility: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.

• Conflict Resolution: Excellent facilitation skills to constructively resolve workplace issues.

• Data & Analytics: Capable of interpreting HR metrics to drive talent decisions.

• HR Tech: Proficient in HR systems, ideally Workday and ServiceNow.

Incentive Compensation:

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 10% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
