A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

 The People Partner Manager leads HR business partnering for assigned accounts, supporting leaders in driving employee engagement, retention, compliance, and performance. This role acts as a strategic link between business units and HR to build a positive, high-performing workplace aligned with company objectives.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Conduct focus group discussions and new hire assimilation activities
  • Implement feedback mechanisms between employees and leadership
  • Analyze attrition trends and develop retention strategies with operations
  • Support performance management initiatives to drive employee growth
  • Monitor attendance and attrition across assigned accounts
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
  • Ensure consistent policy implementation and compliance
  • Act as escalation point for employee concerns and grievances
  • Lead HR Advisors in delivering HR programs and initiatives
  • Partner with training, HR, and operations teams to improve performance outcomes
  • Use data and reporting to drive insights and decision-making
A BIT ABOUT YOU
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR leadership or business partnering
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
  • Experience with HR systems and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement
