- Develop a strong understanding of the supported business functions, their operating model, workforce dynamics and business priorities.
- Build trusted relationships with managers and employees, providing timely guidance on People policies, processes, and best practices.
- Support the implementation of People initiatives that align with business objectives and organizational priorities.
- Support workforce planning activities, organizational changes, role mapping, and organizational structure updates.
- Maintain organizational charts and ensure HR systems accurately reflect approved structural changes.
- Coordinate the implementation of organizational changes while ensuring data accuracy and effective communication.
- Support managers throughout the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback discussions, and development planning.
- Coordinate calibration sessions and ensure consistency, fairness, and documentation across performance processes.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, recognition programs, and action planning to improve employee experience.
- Drive culture initiatives, recognition programs, and employee experience interventions.
- Promote the consistent application of People policies and practices across the supported business areas.
- Maintain accurate People data and reporting across HR systems.
- Analyze workforce metrics, engagement results, performance data, and employee trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Prepare reports and insights that support decision-making by business leaders and Senior People Partners.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Payroll, Finance, and other People & Culture functions to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Coordinate cross-functional People initiatives and ensure timely execution of employee lifecycle activities.
- Facilitate communication between the business and specialist People teams.
- Support the Senior People Partner in executing People strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Provide first-line guidance to managers on performance, employee relations, development, organizational changes, and policy application.
- Escalate complex or high-risk People matters while ensuring operational follow-through and timely resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Approximately 4–5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Generalist, or Human Resources roles.
- Experience supporting People processes within fast-paced, high-growth, or technology-driven organizations.
- Experience coordinating performance management cycles, employee engagement initiatives, organizational changes, and employee relations activities.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, organizational development principles, performance management, and employment policies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR systems and people data to generate insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
