- The People & Organization Coordinator supports QVC in the oversight of all aspects of People event planning to production.
Where You'll Work
- This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Facility Center in Ontario, CA daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate new hire orientation
- Administrative support (answering internal questions about benefits and leave of absence, maintaining employee and legal filings, managing payroll inbox)
- Supporting events as necessary including primary ownership as well as tactical support.
- Perform a variety of clerical duties to include correspondence with team member, creating letters and documents, data entry, filing, photo copying, opening and distributing mail, maintaining records / files, and other related duties, as assigned.
What You'll Bring
- 3-5 years relevant experience; must include Human Resources
- High school diploma required
- Excellent working knowledge and ability in MS Office computer packages; experience working with an HRIS database is preferred.
