If you are ready to transform people data into powerful business insights and make an impact, then read on as we are looking for a HR Data Analyst to join us.

In this role you will:

  • Do regular reporting, analysis, and support with the design, development, and implementation of analytics tools and solutions to enable data-based decision making
  • Collect, track, plan budget, analyse and forecast People Analytics and HR controlling personal data (e.g. headcount, FTEs, personal costs, workforce planning, turnover, vacation balances, etc.)
  • Analyse trends and provide valuable insights, as well as coordinate inputs from various stakeholders to ensure comprehensive data analysis
  • Design and maintain dashboards in Power BI to provide clear and actionable insights
  • Support the process of planning, budgeting, and controlling personal data
  • Conduct financial analytics to support HR and business decisions

To thrive in this role you will need:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in People Analyst or HR reporting, as well as financial reporting from an international company
  • Thorough knowledge of HR processes, as well as budgeting and planning
  • Very advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Query, as well as Power BI
  • Working knowledge of HRIS, such as Workday, Success Factors, or similar. 
  • Have strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency level of English
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

You also need to be able to:

  • Challenge status quo and think out of box to bring innovative ways to resolve problem
  • Have strong presentation & communication skills
  • To work independently without clear guidance, and collaborate effectively with other teams
  • To work under pressure and strict deadlines and prioritize
