- Assist with performance management, feedback cycles, goal-setting processes, and other employee programs as the company grows.
- Serve as an approachable first point of contact for routine employee questions, escalating sensitive or complex matters to leadership as appropriate.

- Assist with company meetings, internal communications, team events, and other operational initiatives.

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams and levels.
- High degree of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership without waiting for detailed instructions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities and responsibilities may evolve.
- Strong follow-through and a bias toward action aka you enjoy getting things done and making processes work better.
- Familiarity with HR, project management, collaboration, or other business operations tools.
