We are currently hiring a Full-Time People Operations Specialist in Boston, Massachusetts.
In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day HR operations that keep the employee experience running smoothly. You’ll handle key processes across the employee lifecycle while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. You’ll also serve as a trusted point of contact for coworkers and managers, helping answer questions and resolve issues with a strong service mindset.
- Process employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations
- Execute HR transactions accurately and on time while maintaining up-to-date employee records
- Ensure alignment and data consistency across Human Resources, payroll, and benefits systems
- Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from coworkers and managers
- Manage incoming requests through shared inboxes or ticketing systems and provide clear, timely communication
- Escalate and track issues to resolution while maintaining a high level of service delivery
- Perform quality checks on employee data and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Support audits by maintaining complete and accurate records
- Assist with HR system updates including testing, validation, and troubleshooting data discrepancies with technical teams
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce errors, and support adoption of new HR programs and tools
- Work in a standard office environment with occasional travel as needed
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required
- 0–2+ years of experience in Human Resources, operations, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data and processes
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow structured processes and workflows
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- HR certification
- Experience with HR systems such as Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Fusion Cloud
- Experience working with HR data extracts and system reporting tools
