DataRobot’s People Operations Specialist is a key player in making our team more productive than ever. With a primary focus on delivering an iconic employee & candidate experience, this position serves as the first point of contact for all People topics. Key Responsibilities:
Work in close alignment with the People Strategy Partner and Talent Acquisition Partner to support all People Operations responsibilities for the aligned business functions
Support People Strategy Partners with performance & growth, succession planning, employee experience, and employee relations
Support Talent Acquisition Partners with recruiting activity, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer creation and background checks
Work on projects to enable People Strategy Partners to serve our business and people to unlock potential and deliver great work on time
Provide first-line support to DataRobot employees through the People Hub ticketing system
Answer employee questions about People-related topics and direct to them in the appropriate manner
Serve as the regional or functional subject matter expert on People support topics
Answer candidate questions throughout the recruitment process
Responsible for data entry/integrity in relevant People Systems and spreadsheets, including Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting, Payroll systems, Benefits systems, Immigration and Mobility systems and people records
Support employment issues (changes of status/residence, verification of employment)
Onboarding and offboarding of our employees
Assist in developing practices to enhance employee experiences
Assist in proactively developing staff and leadership via tools developed by the Learning & Development team
Assist with global mobility of employees through transfer, relocation, and visa processing
Other People initiatives that might need a helping hand
Key Relationships:
Partner with Total Rewards team regarding compensation and reward programs to ensure cross functional knowledge
Partner with other members of the People team to deliver HR programs, initiatives and services
Partner with People team colleagues to create and innovate HR practices
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
You have a BS in Human Resources or relevant field (preferred)
You have strong attention to detail and are a proactive communicator
You have 2-4 years of prior work experience supporting a global HR team, while conforming to and understanding labor laws, best practices and regional/global requirements
You have past experience in Talent Acquisition, including candidate management and interview scheduling (some direct recruiting experience strongly preferred)
You have past experience using Workday HCM, or equivalent HR systems
You have past experience using Workday Recruiting, or equivalent Applicant Tracking systems
You are a proficient user of Google applications, DocuSign, Rooster
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
You have an unrelenting work ethic
You have strong business acumen, customer service and critical thinking skills
You excel with organization, you have the ability to multitask, and you don’t get easily overwhelmed
You love working with people and have a customer service driven approach to problem solving; you strive to make sure every interaction you have is upbeat, pleasant, and friendly
You’re comfortable with multi-channel collaboration, and have used Slack for business communication
You’re confident in your decision-making skills and exercise good judgment (but also know when to ask for help)
Compensation Statement
The U.S. annual compensation range for this full-time position is between $90,000 and $100,000 USD/year. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on various factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate’s work location, job-related skills, experience, and education.
