JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to ensure operational excellence across the employee lifecycle by delivering accurate, efficient, and people-focused HR administration. As a People Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in creating seamless experience for employees and managers, supporting everything from onboarding and internal moves to exits and organizational changes. Working closely with HR teams, stakeholders, and market partners, you will help maintain high-quality employee data, drive process excellence, and support the smooth operation of Workday-based HR services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal moves, promotions, transfers, and employee departures
- Maintain accurate employee records in Workday and ensure HR data is updated, compliant, and aligned with business requirements
- Manage employee and manager inquiries through ServiceNow and other HR support channels, providing timely and customer-focused solutions
- Support payroll, compensation, and benefits processes by ensuring employee information is accurate and processed on time
- Execute and validate mass employee data changes, maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance with internal controls
- Partner with HR teams, People Partners, and market stakeholders to coordinate employee changes and deliver seamless employee experience
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality or system issues while driving continuous improvements across HR processes
- Contribute to operational excellence by maintaining process documentation, supporting system enhancements, and helping optimize Workday operation
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Employee Administration, HR Advisory, or a similar people-focused environment
- Hands-on experience working with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, or equivalent platforms
- Understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR data management
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, reconciliation, pivot tables, and lookups
- Fluent Polish, and professional proficiency in English language (B2+) and strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience supporting HR transformation, data migration, mergers and acquisitions, or large-scale organizational change initiatives
- Knowledge of any additional European language would be an advantage.
