The People Operations Senior Coordinator provides day-to-day HR operational support to the People Operations Senior Manager team and serves as the dedicated People Ops point of contact for the Internal Operations (Ops) practice. Ideal for an HR professional with 3–5 years of experience, this role suits someone who is organized, service-oriented, and eager to grow across the employee lifecycle in a fast-moving consulting environment.
What You'll Do:
- People Operations Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the Sr. Manager team across core people programs — performance cycles, calibration, promotions, and engagement initiatives — managing logistics, communications, and data tracking.
- Internal Ops Practice Partnership: Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the Ops practice; handle routine inquiries, triage requests, escalate complex matters to the Sr. Manager, and foster trusted relationships with employees and managers.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate onboarding logistics for Ops practice new hires and transfers. Support offboarding through exit interview scheduling, Workday updates, and departure documentation.
- Performance Management Administration: Administer performance review cycles including timelines, communications, and completion tracking. Maintain accurate Workday records for PIPs, development plans, and promotions.
- Employee Programs & Operations: Administer spot bonus nominations, Core Value recognition, engagement survey logistics, and PTO/Basic Expectations monitoring. Coordinate immigration visa tracking and work authorization updates for the Ops practice.
- Communications & Documentation: Draft and distribute HR communications, templates, and process guides.
- Project Coordination: Support firmwide and practice-specific people programs as assigned, including logistics, stakeholder communications, and deadline tracking.
- AI Utilization & Development
- Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.
- Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.
What You'll Bring:
- 3–5 years of progressive HR, People Operations, or HR coordinator experience, preferably in professional services or consulting.
- Experience supporting HR programs — performance reviews, onboarding, engagement surveys, or recognition — in a coordination or administrative capacity.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage concurrent deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; high level of discretion and professionalism with sensitive and confidential employee information.
- Service-oriented partner who builds trust through responsiveness, consistency, and care
- Organized multitasker who manages competing priorities with composure and efficiency
- Clear, professional communicator across all organizational levels
- Eager learner who proactively builds HR knowledge and improves processes
- Collaborative across HR functions and with cross-functional stakeholders
- Innovative and AI-curious, with a drive to make HR smarter and more impactful through technology
- Composed and empathetic when navigating sensitive situations, including delivering difficult news and holding candid conversations, with professionalism and sound judgment
- Discreet and professional in all interactions, maintaining confidentiality with sensitivity
- Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
- Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards
- This role is open to US-based candidates only; remote, hybrid, and in-office arrangements considered per firm policy.
