    • Offboarding: Handling resignations, terminations, and final documentation.
  • Workday Governance: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday business processes within your cluster, ensuring 100% data accuracy for downstream payroll and reporting.
  • Benefits Administration: Partner with local brokers and providers to manage enrollment, eligibility, and troubleshooting for regional benefit programs.
  • Comp & Rewards Support: Assist the Total Rewards team during annual cycles (merit increases, bonus payments) by auditing data and generating employee communication letters.
  • Compliance & Audit: Ensure all employee files and digital records meet local labor law requirements and internal audit standards.
  • Process Harmonization: Support the carve-out by identifying legacy ABB processes that need to be "re-wired" for the new standalone organization.

Qualifications for the role:

  • 5–8 years in HR Operations or Shared Services, covering multiple countries (Cluster experience). Prior HR experience in the DACH Region is an asset.
