Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-focused People Operations Manager. Reporting directly to the Director of People & Business Operations, this role supports recruiting, employee experience, workplace operations, and HR programs that help employees thrive and support Clinch’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
People Operations
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees regarding policies, benefits, workplace programs, and employee-related inquiries.
- Administer and maintain People Operations programs, processes, and documentation, including employee records, HR systems, employee communications, performance management, compensation administration, compliance activities, reporting, people analytics, and other employee lifecycle initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding logistics, including communications, scheduling, system access coordination, welcome materials, and first-day experiences.
- Partner with the Director of People & Business Operations on strategic HR initiatives, special projects, organizational planning, and company-wide programs.
Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate recruiting activities across multiple open positions, including sourcing, ATS administration, candidate communications, interview scheduling, phone screens, and overall candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure successful employee onboarding and integration.
Employee Experience & Culture
- Lead employee engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives that strengthen connection, collaboration, and overall workplace experience.
- Coordinate company events, team-building activities, Cultural Club programs, onboarding experiences, milestone celebrations, and employee appreciation initiatives.
- Support internal communications through HR announcements, newsletters, HiBob, Slack, and company-wide updates.
- Partner with leadership to foster an inclusive, engaging, and positive culture across global teams.
Workplace Operations
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, workplace services, vendor relationships, office supplies, building management, compliance requirements, and employee support.
- Manage workplace vendors and service providers to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Ensure the office remains organized, welcoming, and fully operational for employees and visitors.
- 2+ years of experience in People Operations, Human Resources, Employee Experience, Recruiting, Office Management, or a related field.
- Experience supporting a fast-paced startup, technology, or digital media environment preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to take ownership, improve processes, and successfully manage projects from planning through execution.
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, collaboration, and productivity tools (HiBob, Rippling, Spark Hire/Comeet, LinkedIn Recruiter, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments and leadership levels.

Skills Required
- 2+ years of experience in People Operations, Human Resources, Employee Experience, Recruiting, Office Management, or a related field
