Supports Client Experience Managers with digital advertising campaign setup, platform configuration, asset and data-feed management, campaign monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting, documentation, and task tracking. Manage digital advertising campaigns across social and programmatic channels, including setup, scheduling, implementation, tracking, creative delivery, QA, reporting, and optimization. Analyze campaign performance, develop insights and custom reports, coordinate ad rotations, troubleshoot tags, advise internal teams on advertising technology, and provide training on best practices.

Drive global growth and adoption of Clinch solutions across holding companies and partner agencies. Build executive engagement strategies, expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling, develop commercial and go-to-market plans, monitor agency KPIs, lead education, forecast revenue, manage relationship risks, and collaborate with Sales and Client Experience teams.

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle to build an ad campaign management solution integrating agentic AI workflows. Define technical requirements, KPIs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Partner with engineering, ad ops, and client experience to design web interfaces, measure adoption, and iterate on features for scalable customer data processing, activation, and automation.

The Senior Backend Developer will design and maintain backend services using C# on Linux within AWS, collaborating with cross-functional teams for performance optimization and deploying applications.

The Client Experience Manager will ensure client success by translating business objectives into solutions, overseeing campaigns, and educating clients on the Clinch platform.
