Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the People Operations team, setting clear standards for service quality, accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across all employee lifecycle processes.
- Own and optimise People Ops processes to ensure they are simple, scalable, and user-friendly - removing unnecessary complexity and enabling efficiency.
- Establish and maintain strong operational controls and governance to ensure accuracy, risk mitigation, and audit readiness in all People processes.
- Ensure global People Operations meet all legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.
- Own the end-to-end global payroll process, ensuring 100% accuracy, timely delivery, and robust financial and data controls.
- Lead the development, implementation, and regular review of People policies across the Group, ensuring alignment with legislation and internal standards.
- Manage all aspects of compensation and benefits delivery, ensuring processes are accurate, well-communicated, and aligned to Group policy and market benchmarks.
- Own the employee onboarding and offboarding experience, ensuring processes are efficient, consistent, and deliver a great user experience.
- Manage visa applications and renewals end to end, ensuring compliance and a smooth employee experience across jurisdictions.
- Maximise the use of HR systems to streamline workflows, maintain accurate data, and deliver meaningful reporting. Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI where appropriate.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for key People metrics, providing insight to the People Leadership Team and enabling data-led decision making.
- Partner closely with Finance, Legal, IT, and People Partners to ensure People Ops delivery is aligned, integrated, and supports overall business effectiveness.
You'll be a great addition to the team if you:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or a Professional certifications in HR (e.g., CIPD) advantageous.
- Proven experience as a People Lead or People Operations Manager.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable, efficient People processes.
- Strong track record of leading governance, compliance, or audit readiness in HR.
- Expert understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
- Exposure to international and/or high growth-driven, fast-paced organisations.
- Hands-on experience managing international payroll.
- Experience managing and developing teams of 3-5 People Coordinators.
- Ability to simplify complexity and create scalable, user-friendly processes. String coaching and mentoring capabilities.
- Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in HR software systems for data management reporting and insights.
- Strong people leadership and performance management skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver through others
- Effective stakeholder communication and influencing skills
