About The Role:

  • Standardization -  Create and maintain consistent processes and standards for all cross-department and global projects and initiatives.
  • Scalability - Adapt and scale departmental processes.
  • Data-driven Improvement - Continuously strive to enhance our operations using data-driven insights and integrate data into every aspect of the People domain.
  • Cross-department Collaboration- Work closely with other departments on joint projects to create smooth workflows.
  • Process Ownership - Develop and manage cross-departmental people processes 
  • Business Alignment - Maintain a strong connection to the business through allocated HR Business Partners for each group of departments.
  • Process Management - Manage the people department's yearly calendar and support annual projects like budget planning, OKRs, and QBRs.
