Job Description:
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
- Maintain and update hiring trackers and dashboards to ensure accurate recruitment data
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Assist onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and communication
- Organize and manage employee data and HR documentation
- Support People Operations projects and process improvement initiatives
- Monitor candidate pipeline and follow up on hiring progress
- Provide administrative support for HR and People Operations activities
Job Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
- Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and people operations is a plus
