People Operations Intern

As a People Operations Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience at the heart of our People team in Amsterdam. You’ll support key HR processes, help keep our systems running smoothly, and be a go-to contact for employee questions. Along the way, you’ll collaborate on exciting projects, improve how we work, and take ownership of your own tasks. It’s a great opportunity to learn, grow, and make a real impact on the employee experience.

• Support day-to-day People Operations activities, including administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle and payroll-related tasks

• Maintain and update HR systems (Hibob) ensuring data accuracy through regular audits and checks

• Contribute to global People Team and Office projects and initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders across regions

• Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring timely and helpful responses

• Assist in documenting, optimizing, and standardizing People processes

• Identify AI tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enable smarter ways of working across the department

• Take ownership of smaller operational workflows to support smooth day-to-day team operations

• Currently studying Human Resources, Business, or a related field

• Fluent in English and a strong command of Dutch

• Strong AI fluency; proactively uses and advocates for AI tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and work smarter.

• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working

• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership

• A collaborative communicator who enjoys working across teams

• Interest in People Operations and creating a positive employee experience

• Internship duration: 6 months

• Hybrid working model (3 days onsite at our Amsterdam HQ).
