Responsibilities
- Own Rippling system integrity, including workflow configuration, troubleshooting, HRIS support escalations, and ensuring data accuracy across all employee lifecycle events - maintaining Rippling as the single source of truth for people analytics.
- Apply strong analytical and spreadsheet modeling skills to translate people data into actionable business decisions, including headcount planning, compensation benchmarking, attrition forecasting, and workforce cost analysis.
- Leverage AI tools, automation, and real-time data to proactively surface workforce insights - building dashboards and reports in Rippling and Google Sheets that track headcount trends, attrition, and compensation changes, and recruiting pipeline insights.
- Support the performance review cycle operationally - managing timelines, system setup, and producing summary analyses that equip leadership and managers to make informed coaching and compensation decisions.
- Partner with the Director of People on compensation strategy, including salary banding, merit cycles, and performance-related increases.
- Own the full employee lifecycle from offer acceptance through offboarding - including new hire onboarding, orientation, cross-functional access coordination, and separation - ensuring every touchpoint is operationally seamless and compliantly executed.
- Manage the company's immigration-related processes end-to-end - including visa maintenance and renewals - acting as the primary internal point of contact for employee inquiries and the direct liaison to outside immigration counsel.
- Maintain and administer company HR policies, serving as the go-to resource for employee and manager questions on policy interpretation, workplace guidelines, and day-to-day HR matters.
- Champion office culture and employee experience - organizing team events, fostering in-office energy, and creating touchpoints that make the Flow NYC Office a place people are excited to work from and collaborate in everyday.

Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Psychology, or related field; HR qualifications advantageous.
- Open to diverse backgrounds with a keen interest in HR and relevant skills.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience, showcasing business acumen and a problem-solving mindset.
- Commitment to learning HR duties with a history of strong performance.
- Capable of handling varied tasks in a fast-paced environment with competence.
- Detail-oriented, accurate in administrative duties, and ready to learn HR systems.
- Innovative, energetic self-starter eager to contribute to a dynamic and diverse workplace.
- Experience leveraging AI to enhance HR tools, processes, and decision-making for improved operational effectiveness.
- Spanish fluency is a plus
