In our high-growth, office based culture, we are looking for a dynamic People Operations Generalist to build a world class people offering. Reporting to the Head of People, US this role is based onsite, working out of our NYC office three times a week. Join us!
- Experience using PEO & HRIS systems
- 4 years of professional experience, at least 2 of them in the start up scene
- Proven experience managing HR systems, data, and improving operational processes
- A can-do, solutions-oriented attitude - you roll up your sleeves and get it done
- Hyper-organized with great attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust across the organization
- Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities - you adapt quickly and thrive in a startup culture
Additional Information:
The salary for this position ranges between $90,000 - $108,000. This is decided based on many factors, including but not limited to: skills, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, we are proud to offer stock options in the company and a competitive benefits package.
