Working independently within established processes, this individual contributor role administers and coordinates key programs across onboarding, performance management logistics, employee engagement, recognition, and compliance documentation. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of People Operations experience across multiple functional areas, is comfortable operating with a high degree of independence, and thrives on execution, consistency, and getting the details right in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Essential Duties:

Employee Relations & Employee Support

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employees seeking guidance on policies, processes, and general People questions; route benefits-specific questions to the Payroll & People Operations Analyst and escalate complex or high-risk employee relations matters to People leadership.
  • Support managers with documentation for coaching conversations, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans, using approved templates and guidance.
  • Execute onboarding, internal transfer, and offboarding checklists (non-systems logistics such as first-day agenda, equipment coordination, orientation scheduling, and exit-logistics coordination) to ensure a consistent employee experience. Leave-of-absence intake, tracking, and compliance documentation are owned by the Payroll & People Operations Analyst.
  • Process routine employee relations questions and documentation under established guidelines.

Talent Programs: Administration

  • Coordinate logistics, system setup (UKG), and communications for the annual performance review cycle.
  • Compile and organize calibration data and materials for People leadership review.
  • Administer promotion process paperwork and communications per the approved framework.
  • Own end-to-end execution of the new hire orientation program, including content upkeep and format, within approved brand and content guidelines.
  • Track program participation and compile completion and feedback data for People leadership review.
  • Support talent acquisition operations through reporting, compliance, process improvements, recruiting events, and other talent acquisition initiatives that enhance hiring efficiency and the candidate experience.
  • Provide overflow operational support to the Talent Acquisition team during periods of increased hiring activity or recruiter capacity constraints, assisting with interview scheduling, offer preparation, candidate communications, and ATS administration.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Administer employee engagement surveys: launch communications, monitor response rates, and compile results into reporting templates for People leadership.
  • Own execution of the company recognition program and the culture events calendar end-to-end, within an approved budget.
  • Draft employee communications to support organizational changes and initiatives, using messaging direction from People leadership.
  • Support execution of diversity, inclusion, belonging, and well-being initiatives as directed.

Manager Enablement

  • Deliver existing manager toolkits and training materials; log recurring manager questions or gaps for People leadership.
  • Answer manager questions on policy interpretation, documentation requirements, and process using established guidance.
  • Support change-management communications by distributing materials and answering logistical questions.

People Operations & Compliance

  • Reference and use HRIS (UKG) data to support scheduling, program administration, and reporting requests; flag data discrepancies to the Payroll & People Operations Analyst, who owns HRIS data accuracy and system updates.
  • Follow compliance checklists for People programs and practices; flag gaps or risks to People leadership.
  • Support audits by pulling and organizing documentation.
  • Identify and flag opportunities to improve or automate People processes for People leadership to evaluate.
