We’re looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is excited to wear multiple hats. This role sits at the intersection of People Operations, Finance, and Executive Support, with exposure across all areas of the business.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our North American team (US & Canada) while collaborating with global stakeholders. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to learn quickly, take ownership, and grow into a broader operational role.

What You’ll Do

  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and contractor management across the US and Canada
  • Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and troubleshooting employee inquiries (compensation, commissions, reimbursements, etc.)
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and global teams to compile and maintain reports on attendance, productivity, and quarterly metrics
  • Coordinate benefits enrollment and ongoing support for North American employees
  • Manage inventory logistics, including shipment, tracking, and retrieval across the US and Canada
  • Provide ad hoc support to the CEO and leadership team, including scheduling, coordination, and special projects
  • Conduct operational research and vendor coordination (e.g., office setup, supplies, new market expansion)

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in a startup or corporate environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and leadership teams
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information
  • Experience with payroll, benefits administration, or HR systems is a strong plus
  • Ability to work with global teams across time zones when needed
  • Self-starter mindset with a willingness to take ownership and figure things out
