People Operations Coordinator - PH

Job Summary:

Reporting directly to the PH General Manager, dotted line to the People Ops Manager, we are seeking a People Operations Coordinator to join our Team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR and administrative functions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both contractors and candidates. This role involves handling a wide range of responsibilities such as background verifications, offer letter preparation, resume review, interview coordination, office operations management, and participation in ad hoc HR projects. 

Responsibilities

• Conduct employment verifications and background checks for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations
• Collaborate with the People Team / General Manager to draft offer letters, offer letters, and other agreements associated with onboarding, offboarding, and promotions.
• Review incoming resumes and applications, passing along resumes that fit the requirements of the role to the hiring manager
• Assist in coordinating interviews, liaising with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interview times, preparing interview materials, and facilitating a smooth interview process.
• Provide administrative support to the People Team, including data entry, maintaining contractors’ records, and generating HR-related reports.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes, suggesting ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
• Participate in ad hoc HR projects such as engagement initiatives, diversity, and inclusion programs, and process improvement efforts.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee and candidate information.
• Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills.
