Day in the Life of People Operations CoordinatorWe are seeking an entry-level professional with a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field and up to 2–3 years of professional experience, including early career roles. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working with business technology. Proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel—and familiarity with HRIS or other web-based databases and systems are strongly preferred. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Build and distribute HR reports related to compensation, attrition and other data points.
Create and deliver high quality presentations using PowerPoint.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
Communicate clearly and professionally across departments.
Manage Relias Learning Management System.
Support HR Compliance function as needed.
Manage the new hire and onboarding process.
Assist with processing of terminations.

Education and Licensure Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business required, degree in Human Resources preferred, with at least three years of professional experience preferred.
