We are looking for an experienced Human Resources expert who will serve as a strategic partners and advisor to business leaders, contributing to the alignment of Human Resource practices with the overall business objectives. ​​

Strategic POP Partnership: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop POP strategy aligned with business goals in dedicated business areas. Provide guidance and support to leaders in performance and talent management, employee and leadership development, organizational development, change management, engagement, compensation, and budgeting processes in dedicated business areas. Support stakeholders in any phase of the Employee Journey based on business area needs. Drive and contribute to related projects at the business area and department level.​
 

POP Programs and Initiatives: Contribute to POP programs, projects, and initiatives in a co-creator or participant role. Act as the voice of business, providing inputs to ensure alignment with business needs and objectives. ​
 

Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees on employee relations matters. Handle employee grievances and resolve complex conflict situations.​
 

POP Processes: Suggest improvements for POP processes. Execute POP processes in the business area.​
 

HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company policies, providing guidance and support on POP compliance matters.​
 

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with leadership within the business area, providing POP insights and solutions that contribute to their success. Represent POP function in business meetings, projects, and initiatives, to contribute with POP insights in driving business strategy, growth, and challenges. Collaborate with POP colleagues to ensure alignment and high-quality deliverables.​
 

Industry Research and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, research, and best practices in the POP area. Propose and implement continuous improvement of POP processes and approaches based on current trends and research.​
 

Coach and mentor: Onboard new team members. Act as a coach to the team and business on relevant topics.

Requirements for this position:
 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or Management.

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience

  • Experience in a fast-paced industry in an international environment

  • Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Proficiency in HR analytics and HRIS tools (e.g., Workday or similar).

  • HR certification is a plus.
