People Operations Analyst

As our People Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in driving people operations, enhancing the employee experience, and serving as a culture carrier within Cube. Collaborating closely with the People Team, you will contribute to initiatives that foster an engaging and positive workplace. Your responsibilities will cover multiple aspects of the employee lifecycle, including people operations, office management, employee development and engagement, among other areas.

• HR Operations: Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and HR system maintenance to ensure efficient and seamless people.operations.
• Office Management: Oversee office operations, supplies, and facilities to create a welcoming and productive work environment.
• Employee Engagement & Development: Assist with engagement programs, team-building activities, learning initiatives, and company-wide events to foster a connected, thriving culture while supporting professional growth and reinforcing company values.

• Finance Support: Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.

• 1-2 years of experience in HR or People Operations
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English
• You are passionate about people and find fulfillment in supporting their well-being
• You have strong attention to detail and ensure accuracy in everything you do
• You are organized and proactive, able to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• You are curious and eager to learn, with an interest in growing your HR expertise
