Our People operations team is actively recruiting for a People Operations Analyst who will be a part of wider global People Operations team. We are seeking for a new colleague who will be supporting our organization in following areas:
THE CHALLENGE:
Onboarding:
- Provides support to NHs during the onboarding process and takes responsibility for dedicated onboarding tasks (within agreed SLAs).
- Supports business/CEOs by answering day-to-day administrative questions related to onboarding (e.g., TA, PS, PP, R&B).
- Advises and counsels NHs/employees and CEOs.
- Ensures data integrity and compliance.
- Supports global and regional onboarding projects (e.g., onboarding journey, contractor onboarding, process simplifications, and improvements).
- Provides input during harmonization projects.
- Processes assigned JIRA tickets related to the onboarding area.
Background Check:
- Provides support during the global BGC project implementation.
- Collaborates closely with the TA team and hiring managers to ensure a successful launch and supports potential Workday/Hire event/onboarding-related tasks and questions.
- Ensures data integrity and compliance in the Workday tool.
- Supports relationships with external global providers.
- Collaborates with COEs, Legal, Compliance, and Risk Intelligence & Data Security teams when needed.
- Notifies stakeholders of process inefficiencies and proposes solutions.
- Processes assigned JIRA tickets related to the BGC process and communicates with involved business stakeholders.
Other Activities:
- Monitors and responds to assigned People OPS-related cases in the JIRA ticketing tool.
- Reviews and updates knowledge articles for dedicated processes.
- Supports data accuracy in the Workday tool (if needed, collaborates with COEs in data sanity checks — TA, R&B, PP, PS).
- Supports global and regional people-related projects.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Fluency in English, with additional foreign languages welcomed.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with onboarding/HR lifecycle services support.
- Experience with the Workday tool and employee ticketing tools is a plus.
- Responsible approach and on-time delivery.
- Proactive communication.
